WebAug 21, 2024 · A mod doesn't necessarily need to make changes to only interior cells to cause problems like this, and the only way to narrow it down can be to disable mods one at a time. You should really never go out of your way to disable the game's optimization system in the way that you have.

If you use any of the scrapper type mods like spring cleaning, scrap everything, cleaner settlements, etc... you've probably experienced area's in the game where textures (walls, floors, ceilings, trees, etc...) don't render properly. WebThings flickering in and out of existence is usually a problem with occlusion culling (PreVis in Fallout 4). Without any information about your setup it's impossible to guess which of your mods causes this. ELFX is a prime suspect though, unlike Vivid or any ENB.
