WebOrdered a Charge 4 and it have a firmware that just offer half feature (20001.94.13) and can not be updated. Fitbit known the issue but can not do anything..... just sent it back to Amazon. So for the Charge 3 I ordered a screen replacement at AliExpress, just $15 and seem very easy to replace. Waiting for the order.
