Web3 nov. 2012 · #1 I have a Lawn Boy Gold Pro Series with a 6.5 HP 2-cycle Duraforce engine. It has an aluminum deck and was an expensive mower but the engine has not been reliable. I have had it for about 7-8 years and mow less than a 1/2 acre around my house with it. Each summer I have to take it in for servicing. They claim it suffers from dirty gas.
