WebMy stapler is jammed in the down position. No staples are visable. I released the staple bed and shut it again with the same results. It is a Swingline Optima Grip. I use Optima Premium staples, always have. 4 new AA DRURACELL Alkaline batteries. Even tried the Swingline AC/DC Adapter that came with it. It was a gift. Any advice ?
