WebJan 13, 2024 · I have logged into the server and make sure that remote management and remote desktop are enabled. I have even added the people who need to connect to it to the Remote Desktop Users list. However, there seems to be an 8/10 chance that the connection will fail. Then I decided to uninstall RDS server role and reconfigure it. The same server was having Remote desktop licensing role as well.
