It's somewhat similar to other Valco amps of the period like a Supro 1696tn I think.

It is 2x6L6, two-channel, tube-recitified combo amp with a 15" Jensen ceramic magnent speaker. One channel is "normal" and the other features Valco's wonderful "bias-vary" tremolo circuit.
